What Did They Say?
Amazing Job guys!!
Roof was spotless.
Will use it again and 100% recommend it to others as well!!
Used these guys excellent service
Great job cleaning our grubby gutters and facias and removing the weeds that had taken hold in the guttering. 👍
I used King Pro Clean because of their videos on Facebook. When I contacted them for a quote, they came out to see the roof and meet me in a matter of days. I’d had other quotes and found Kings to be very competitive. I had the roof cleaned about 2 weeks later and I am so happy with the results. The workers were really friendly and efficient and the whole process was seamless. I’ve recommended them to others and the best but was they did some other jobs like a gutter repair I needed and they cleaned up after themselves too!
Kings Pro Clean came to our property to deal with our roof tiles and guttering. They put a chemical on the tiles that in time will restore them back to their original colour. It has been a few months and already we can see the difference. They also cleaned all the gutters. All the workers kept the areas tidy during the process and left site immaculate. We also got them to get wash the court area where 5 houses share a drive and their own parking spaces. Again, very impressed with the workmanship. Can definitely recommend Kings Pro Clean.
Very satisfied with results and professional service

Your Oxford Roof Cleaning Questions Answered
Why should I get my roof cleaned?
Over time, moss grows and can build up. When roof moss is poorly managed, it is not only unsightly but can have harmful effects by damaging the structural integrity of your roof, resulting in roof repairs that cost much more than a roof clean service in Oxford. In most cases, excessive moss coverage will cause premature degradation of your roofs tiles and load extra weight onto your gutter systems which should be prevented.
In Oxford, it is not uncommon for moss coverage to form on roofs in only a few years. A moss covered roof creates a microclimate of dense, organic matter on your roof, and as moss is a porous structure with some species having the ability to absorb 18-20% of its own weight, it can have serious consequences for your roof tiles.
When your roof is covered in moss and lichen, your roof is constantly wet. When this moisture goes through the freeze-thaw process, it can cause cracks and damage roof tiles. If left untreated, the moisture may travel through damaged tiles and roofing materials, and then begin to rot the wooden components of the roof, leading to leaks, mould and damp inside your home.
The good news is that we’ve got you covered for safe and effective roof moss removal with long-term effects at Kings Pro Clean. We provide all Oxford customers with a free quote to meet the needs of their home and a professional roof cleaning service taking into consideration any environmental factors, customer preference, and budget.
What roof-cleaning processes do you employ?
Roof Cleaning Oxford Method one: Roof moss removal scrape and Biocide preventative treatment application (non-pressure, dry process)
Our team will service your home using high-reach poles and scrapers to access and gently loosen and remove dry or wet moss from the roof tiles. Biocide chemical soft wash is applied to the entire surface area to penetrate the roof tile, stop germination of any remaining spores and inhibit moss regrowth. Our roof coating Biocide solution will work over time, lightening and removing the dirt from the roof for up to 18 months, breaking down black biofilm materials, and reactivating each weather cycle to activate the process. Roof cleaning and moss removal with this method is a safe and effective solution for Oxford customers who have aged or delicate roofs that need to be protected and where pressure washing may otherwise cause damage.
Roof Cleaning Oxford Method two: Steam clean moss removal with chemical preventative treatment application (low power steam process)
Our low-pressure high temperature steam cleaning machines effectively removes all moss, algae, lichen, dirt and bacteria that has accumulated on your roof tiles. Using specialist roof cleaning equipment, we finish the roof clean in the same way as method one by applying our soft wash chemical solution to ensure the roof continues to clean itself over the coming months. A steam clean may be your preferred option if you seek instant, noticeable results.
As standard, for all roof cleaning Oxford customers, we will clear out the gutters of roof moss and debris and remove all moss waste from your property, completely free of charge.
We can provide environmentally friendly options for customers upon request.
How frequently should you get your roof cleaned?
We recommend that we retreat your Oxford roof every 4-5 years after you have had your roof cleaned for the first time. As we are always in Oxford either completing quotes or cleaning Oxford roofs, we can stop by to assess your roof to advise when an additional roof clean is required.
What are the benefits of getting my Oxford roof cleaned regularly?
