Amazing service and cleaning. Would highly recommend.
Used these guys excellent service
I used King Pro Clean because of their videos on Facebook. When I contacted them for a quote, they came out to see the roof and meet me in a matter of days. I’d had other quotes and found Kings to be very competitive. I had the roof cleaned about 2 weeks later and I am so happy with the results. The workers were really friendly and efficient and the whole process was seamless. I’ve recommended them to others and the best but was they did some other jobs like a gutter repair I needed and they cleaned up after themselves too!
Had my roof and gutters cleaned to an amazing standard, can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much

Your Roof Cleaning Cirencester Questions Answered
Why should I get my roof cleaned?
Over time, moss growth can build up. When moss grows and is not professionally managed, it is not only unsightly but can also create long-term problems for your home externally and internally. In most cases, excessive moss coverage will cause premature degradation of the tiles on your roof and load extra weight onto your guttering and down pipes, which can damage the structural integrity of your roof and result in costly roof repairs and even entirely new guttering.
In Cirencester, it is not uncommon for moss coverage (in some cases, a carpet of moss!) to form on roofs in only a few years. Moss coverage creates a microclimate of dense, organic matter and as moss is a porous structure with some species having the ability to absorb 18-20% of its own weight, it can have serious consequences for your roof.
When you have moss coverage, your roof is constantly wet. When this moisture goes through the freeze-thaw process, it can cause cracks and damage the tiles on your roof. If left untreated, the moisture may travel through damaged tiles and begin to rot the wooden components of the roof, leading to leaks, mould and damp inside your home.
What roof-cleaning processes do you employ in Cirencester?
Method one: Complete moss removal scrape and Biocide cleaning treatment application (non-pressure, dry process)
Our team will service your home using high-reach poles and scrapers to access and gently loosen and remove dry or wet moss from the roof tiles. Biocide chemical soft wash is applied to the entire surface area to penetrate the roof tiles, stop germination of any remaining spores and inhibit moss regrowth on contact.
Our Biocide solution will work over time, lightening and cleaning the roof for up to 18 months, breaking down black biofilm materials, and reactivating each weather cycle to activate the cleaning process.
Method two: Steam clean with chemical preventative treatment application (low power steam process-not pressure washing)
Our low-pressure wash steaming equipment effectively removes all moss, algae, lichen, dirt and bacteria that has accumulated on your roof. We then complete the roof clean job in the same way as method one by applying our soft wash chemical solution to ensure the roof continues to clean itself over the coming months. A steam clean may be your preferred option if you seek instant, noticeable results.
As standard, with each roof clean we complete for our Cirencester customers, we will clear out the gutters of roof moss and debris and remove all moss waste from your home, completely free of charge.
We can provide environmentally friendly options for customers upon request.
How frequently should you get your roof cleaned?
We recommend to all Cirencester customers that we retreat the roof every 4-5 years after your initial roof clean is carried out. This will dramatically enhance the appearance of your roof, and clean roofs add to your home’s kerb appeal and add value to your home.
What are the benefits of regular cleaning of my roof?
In preparation for and following roof cleaning, we recommend that Cirencester homeowners implement preventative measures and regular upkeep for further protection against algae and moss growth on exterior surfaces including your driveway, patio and rendering.
These measures may include improving drainage by clearing gutters, pressure washing at ground level and trimming vegetation to increase sunlight exposure.
How do you ensure accurate roof cleaning quotations in Cirencester?
We do not provide generalised quotes for roof cleaning services based only on the size of a house or square footage of roofs.
We pride ourselves on considering several factors when accurately quoting for roof cleaning. These factors can include the type and condition of tile on your roof, any environmental factors such as shading and exposure to sunlight and existing moss coverage and roof moss damage, our recommended method of moss removal, and your preferences and expectations.
We provide Cirencester customers with a free, in-person, no-obligation roof cleaning quote to ensure we meet the needs of your home and understand your requirements.
If you are home when we visit for our assessment, we can give you our quote and recommendations there and then. For customers in Cirencester who want a free quote but are not home, we will provide a quote and contact you via email once we have viewed the roof.
